mHealthGate App. helps manage individuals health Information on blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol and body fat. (Mobile Metabolic Disorders Management Service)  

This App. generates various chart data and facilitate the individual management through reading data from blood glucose meter or inputting manually blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol and body fat.   

It helps user to manage erratic reading data separately and to forward them by an email as CSV format.
